Ladies and Gentlemen,
you want to travel romantically, explore nature and culture with all your
senses, learn to understand cultural and historical connections, enjoy
local cuisine, wine, music and literature and be inspired by like-minded
people, a very warm welcome!
We usually travel in small groups led by myself.
You stay wherever possible in historic country houses, palaces or castles, you
roll in a
horse-drawn carriage through the Silesian Elysium and take an easy hike in the
Giant mountains (Riesengebirge).
The name and the logo of our company are from the
Wang stave church (Stabholzkirche Wang), situated 800 meters height in the
Mountains. Until the 19th century this almost eight- -hundred-year old Viking
church stood in Norway. On our trip to Silesia, you will learn about its
history.
You are going to enjoy listening to a piano
concert in a Silesian castle, an organ concert in a Gothic cathedral as well
as in a baroque church or indulge in the sound of on the oldest playable organ
in the world. You will hear excerpts from the works of local poets -
Eichendorff in Silesia - Stifter in Bohemia - Rilke in the Valais - the Greek
mythology in the Peloponnese and on the Olympus. In Switzerland and Greece we
take historic railways.
Spiritual: revitalize yourself at places of
vital energy in the Bohemian Forest.
Romantic: in the footsteps of the “Good-For-Nothing” from Eichendorff in
Silesia.
Culinary: a journey to the heaven-storming Cathar castles in the Midi.
Religious: a pilgrimage by the 1000-year-old monastic republic on Mount Athos.
Mythical: from Mount Olympus to the Meteora monasteries and Thermopylae
Springs.
New & Healing: a cure in Lower Silesia in the heart of the Giant Mountains.
We are committed to travel, promoting sustainable encounters, experiences and
understanding. The travel expenses will benefit the people who work for us and
do not exploit them. Our main means of transport, latest buses are
environmentally friendly.
Yours sincerely,
Alexander Dombrowsky
